Post Secondary Spring Registration Deadline

Currently, only the Post-Secondary Application Form is available online. However, we are working to release additional forms soon, including the Grad Request Form and others. Stay tuned for updates on new forms as they become available! We will update this page once new forms are available.

You can access all our digital forms through the Cross Lake Education Authority website on this page. Simply click on the link provided for each form and fill it out directly from your device. 

Yes! All our forms are mobile-friendly and can be completed on any device, whether it’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. You just need an internet connection. 

Yes! Our digital forms allow you to save your progress and return to complete them at a later time. Look for the “Save” option on the form near the bottom. This will save the information you have already entered, and then send a link to your email to continue filling out the form when you have time.

Once you submit your form, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your submission. You will also get updates as your application is being processed. 

If you need to update any information after submission, please email your post-secondary advisor, or applications@clea.mb.ca as soon as possible. We can help you make the necessary adjustments. 

Now, you can simply upload required documents from within your application! There’s a simple upload section within the form. Just click the upload button and select the files from your device.
